Then Claudius made a rule in Roman he banned all marriages and engagements. A great many couples saw their trusts of marriage dashed by the single demonstration of a despot. No one shows their interest to work with Emporer.
But one man “Valentine” who is a small priest in Rome come forward and stood up with love. He starts to marry young soldiers before they entering into war field. But one Emporer got the news about this secret ceremonies. Then he ordered the soldiers to prison the Valentine and deemed that he would put be death. He was arrested and imprisoned.
